Very Good attitude !

Myself Ganapriya, working as principal. One thing to mention is that this management has a very good attitude towards the employees. I am very happy to be a part of AIPSA.My aim is to provide quality education to students for a better future. For that I'm giving equal importance for academics and co curricular activities. Children are directed to do activities like drama, observation, project etc. to understand the topic clearly. Children learn things very quickly when they engage in activities on their own. Also I'm taking care about their character development too. Because today's children are tomorrow's citizen.

Love and Joy !

It is an immense pleasure to write my work experience working under AIPSA. Its being only few weeks that I am working under this agency but the experience is fill with love and joy. As the agency cares so much about their employees, working under them is really a privilege. Being a communicative English teacher my aim is all about to provide quality education to the students so that the kids will be able to express their feelings fluently. I really want to thank the Director Shiju Augustine and all the higher authority for giving me the opportunity to serve.

Vision and passion !

Working with AIPSA has been a marvellous experience so far. Their vision and passion for the School is amazing. With a view to promoting quality education, the Director Mr. Shiju Augustine has set a high expectation for the students and the educators. Various curricular and extra-curricular activities have been introduced in school to impart holistic experience. Inter-school Competitions, Parent Orientations, Community Services etc. introduced in the campus have been whole-heartedly appreciated by all stakeholders. I express my sincere thanks to the All India Private Schools Association for all that they have done to improve the school. Your impact has really made a difference to our school.

Great Value from AIPSA !

Working with All India Private Schools Association was a new challenge in my career as I was introduced to education industry for the first time. But I must say AIPSA added a great value to my career and got the opportunity to learn new techniques and skills. The management was always been my support and encouraged each and every assignments which I have undertaken during my tenure.
